Returns & Exchanges

At FabricLA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home textile purchase; if your fabric doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure that all returned items are in their original, uncut, and unwashed condition to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully fold the fabric to prevent wrinkling and place it in the original shipping bag or a similar protective mailer, including your printed RMA slip inside.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or choose your own tracked shipping method.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the fabric to ensure it has not been cut or altered, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
